Choose a Project to Support

  • The Youth Group - each young Magpie place costs us £972 per year to run. We have 75 participants - help support one for a year.
  • The pioneering Choreographic Mentoring programme - give learning disabled people the chance to take a creative lead in producing their own work for the stage. A donation of £500 would provide the costumes for a performance piece.
  • The Adult Performance Group - help Magpie dancers take to the stage. Support one of our performers for a year for £5,000, or help support them for a term (each APG place costs us £1,660 per person per term to run).
  • The Open Adult Community Classes - participation for all levels of ability. Make a donation towards the £1,200 venue hire, and support 90 learning disabled people to be active in community life.
  • The Magpie taxi! - a donation of £2500 will fund transport for our Magpie dancers for a whole year.

You can also support us in a number of ways including:
•  Leaving a legacy
•  Wearing the T-shirt - buy a Magpie T-shirt or sweatshirt
•  Corporate sponsorship
•  Payroll giving

Another way to support us is to become a volunteer.

We would like to thank everyone who has supported us and continues to support our work.  Such organisations and individuals share our philosophy that everyone should have the chance to be part of something which brings people together, something challenging, and above all, something inclusive.
