On Monday 29th May, Magpie’s trustee Caroline Schreiber and a Youth Group Dancer’s Sister Tam Kellman will be running the Vitality 10k charity run to raise money for Magpie Dance. The race starts on The Mall and finishes on Spur Road opposite Buckingham Palace. Runners follow a clockwise route around the City of Westminster and the City of London.
You can help support Caroline and Tam in reaching their targets by donating a gift of just £3 to each runner. Any donation will be greatly appreciated. If you Gift Aid your donations, we’ll receive an extra 25p for every pound you donate, at no extra cost to you (providing you are a UK taxpayer).
Please find Caroline’s and Tam’s online fundraising pages below:
The enormous generosity of our supporters enables us to give every person the opportunity to participate in dance. Donations, no matter how big or small make a huge difference in the lives of Magpie participants and families. Here are just a few examples of the positive effects Magpie brings:
“She really enjoys the classes each week; it helps so much with her confidence & communication.” – Parent
“Just come, dance, and believe in yourself.” – Magpie Dancer, Jamie
“Nowhere offers this much to so many, with such varied & diverse disabilities.” – Parent
“Not only has my daughter made friends, so have I!” – Parent
We are very pleased to have them both supporting Magpie and wish them good luck with their training and for race day.
Please keep Magpie Dance in mind for any inspiring challenges you may be planning to help us continue our work. Big thanks to both Caroline & Tam for taking on this challenge for Magpie.
