Magpie Dance needs you! Volunteer Call Out

Posted on: September 5, 2017

Magpie Dance is currently looking for volunteers to support its wide-ranging programme of weekly classes for people with learning disabilities, based in the London Borough of Bromley. A contemporary dance charity founded over thirty years ago, Magpie Dance places an emphasis on ability rather than disability, and has carved out a national reputation for its exciting and inspiring approach to inclusive dance. Through participating in sessions, volunteers will gain skills and creative ideas for working inclusively and a deeper understanding of how to support and encourage learning disabled people to participate in creative activities. Autumn term runs from Monday 18th September – Saturday 2nd December 2017 (All 10 sessions must be attended to provide consistency for participants).
