Explore creative movement and related arts in a supportive, safe, and stimulating atmosphere, with breaks between each task. Activities are explained clearly and cater for individual needs. Accompanied by live music from either a professional pianist or drummer, participants are supported to contribute ideas and take part in decision-making. It’s a great chance to have fun, learn new skills and make friends – regardless of ability.

We are excited to announce that bookings for Magpie Dance’s 2026 Summer School are now open!
Participants can join Magpie Dance’s expert facilitators and musicians on an exciting 4-day journey to explore and create their own dance piece. By learning new skills, sharing their ideas and working with other dancers, participants can take part in a relaxed, informal sharing at the end of the week. Hard work, fun and laughter guaranteed!
