Amina is a qualified dancer and dance teacher, with an extensive background in Ballet, Modern, and Tap dance. She holds diplomas from the renowned Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD), showcasing her expertise and dedication to her craft. With a passion for both performance and education, Amina has built a versatile and accomplished career in the dance world.

Originally from South Africa, Amina's professional journey began on the stage, where she participated in high-profile productions at the prestigious Artscape Opera House in Cape Town. These experiences allowed her to refine her performance skills while contributing to the vibrancy of South Africa's cultural scene. For the past five years, Amina has dedicated herself to the next generation of dancers, teaching and mentoring students across various dance styles. Her approach combines technical precision with a deep understanding of the artistic side of dance, creating a nurturing environment where students can thrive. In addition to her teaching, Amina co-founded Ground Floor Live, an innovative events company in Cape Town. Through this venture, she worked to bridge the gap between performing artists and the stage, creating opportunities for emerging talent and providing a platform for creative expression.

In 2024, Amina relocated to the UK to further expand her professional horizons. With a strong passion for both the world of dance and the business of events and marketing, she is eager to integrate her skills and experience into the dynamic and thriving dance community in the UK. Amina’s unique blend of performance, teaching, and event management allows her to bring a fresh perspective to the dance industry, and she continues to inspire and support the dance community wherever she goes.
