Jordan is a governance, risk and assurance leader with over a decade of experience working across leading charities. She has held senior roles where she has led work to strengthen governance, compliance and organisational resilience, supporting Boards and Executive teams to make informed, values-driven decisions.

Jordan has dedicated her career to the not-for-profit sector and is deeply committed to the role that civil society plays in strengthening communities and driving positive change. She brings significant expertise in risk management, safeguarding, and organisational accountability, alongside a strong belief in the importance of transparency and inclusive, effective governance.

Jordan has a deep personal connection to Magpie’s mission and is passionate about enabling people with learning disabilities to reach their full personal, social and artistic potential. She lives in London with her Labrador, Harvey who she volunteers with as a befriender.
